Dr. Jeff Weinstein, of blessed memory, was our Vice President and leader of the Edison/Highland Park Chapter of NORPAC from 2002 until his untimely passing in 2009.
He was for years a driving force in facilitating the growth of our organization and the safety and security of both America and Israel.
